FrameByDay Support

Questions about your goal, photos, or lifetime Pro purchase? We’re here to help.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what happened. Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or progress photos unless they are needed to explain an issue.

Edit your goal

Open Settings → Edit Goal to correct your starting weight, goal weight, or dates. Photos and weigh-ins remain saved. Existing hit/miss results stay unchanged.

The starting day is your neutral baseline. Check-ins begin the next day. Dates must continue to include your existing check-ins.

Photos and videos

Your Before photo stays on the left; your latest dated photo appears on the right. Each date can hold one photo. Replacing the Before photo changes the comparison.

Pro lets you create a progress video from two or more dated photos. Choose a date range and pace, then use Save or share video.

Lifetime Pro and restores

Free features include weight tracking, calendar, widgets, reminders, weekly recaps, progress cards, basic backup, and two stored photos. Pro adds unlimited photos, progress videos, and photo-inclusive backups through a one-time purchase, with no subscription.

To recover an existing purchase, use Settings → Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account.

Apple handles payment and refund requests through Report a Problem.

Back up your journal

FrameByDay stores your journal on your device. From Settings → Backup & Restore, you can create a backup file and save it to iCloud Drive or another location you choose in Apple’s Files picker.

Basic backups include your goal, weights, check-ins, reminders, and milestone history. Lifetime Pro can include your progress photos. FrameByDay does not operate a backup server and cannot see these files.

Camera and photo access

If the camera is unavailable, check FrameByDay’s camera permission in iPhone Settings. You can also use Choose Photo to import a selected image.

Saving or sharing a photo, progress card, video, or backup happens only when you choose to do it.

Daily targets

Targets are a planning guide, not medical advice or a prediction of how your body will change. Weight naturally fluctuates. Choose a goal and timeline appropriate for you.
